ONE KINGDOM MINISTRIES
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
“By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another” - John 13:35

Community Arts Experience, Inc. (CAE)
Community Arts Experience, Inc. (CAE), founded in 2008 by Apostle B.J. Pleasant, is a nonprofit Community Development Corporation serving as the outreach and evangelism arm of One Kingdom Ministries. CAE operates across Western Pennsylvania and Northeast Ohio, advancing community stability and economic mobility by meeting people where they are and guiding them toward restoration, purpose, and self-sufficiency.
As an extension of the ministry, CAE serves as a bridge between the church and the community—bringing the love, principles, and practical support of the Kingdom into everyday life. It also creates a pathway for individuals and families to reconnect with faith, community, and purpose through consistent engagement and service.
At the center of this work is the STOMP4Life™ Community Leadership and Development Initiative. This framework addresses the real and interconnected challenges people face, including trauma, substance use, mental health struggles, and poverty. Through a structured pathway, individuals move from stabilization and support to personal growth, leadership development, and workforce readiness—equipping them to live whole, productive lives and contribute to their communities.
CAE’s approach is both practical and faith-aligned, grounded in the understanding that true transformation requires restoration in every area of life. Using a trauma-informed model aligned with the Eight Dimensions of Wellness, CAE strengthens emotional, social, financial, and occupational well-being, while reinforcing identity, purpose, and accountability.
Through programs such as STOMP4Life™, the Prep4Work™ workforce pathway, and the CAE Network™, individuals receive leadership development, recovery support, job training, and mentorship within a structured system of care. These programs are designed to remove barriers, build discipline and life skills, and create clear pathways to employment and long-term stability.
Working alongside community partners, behavioral health providers, and workforce stakeholders,
CAE ensures that individuals are not navigating challenges alone. Instead, they are supported through a unified pathway that reflects both service and ministry—meeting immediate needs while building a foundation for lasting change.
Through this model, CAE extends the mission of One Kingdom Ministries beyond the walls of the church—demonstrating the Gospel through action, restoring lives, strengthening families, and building communities that reflect stability, purpose, and Kingdom impact.
