Having honorably served her country for nine years as a U.S. Army Veteran (SGT/E-5), she exemplifies unwavering dedication. Prophetess Pleasant is the Principal Owner & Senior Business Process Analyst at BJR Enterprise, LTD, a boutique management consulting firm that creates effective business systems to improve performance and growth, and the Founder & CEO of Community Arts Experience, Inc. (C.A.E.), a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that empowers, serves, and promotes community and individual well-being through arts-infused experiences. With over two decades of experience, Prophetess Pleasant specializes in transformational change, leadership development, and community organizing.
In 2003, Prophetess Pleasant was ordained and licensed as an elder under the esteemed mentorship of the Reverends Robert W. & Beverly A. Lewis, Sr. From 2012 to 2014, she co-founded and faithfully served as the Assistant Pastor of The Jesus Spot in Massillon, Ohio. In January 2015, she was commissioned to the office of the Prophet by her spiritual mentors and covering, Drs. Mark & Jill Kauffman of Jubilee Ministries International, New Castle, Pennsylvania. Currently, Prophetess Pleasant serves as the Executive Pastor at One Kingdom Ministries in Farrell, Pennsylvania, working alongside her husband, Apostle Brian K. Pleasant, Jr., the visionary founder of the ministry. Their blended family consists of six children and six grandchildren.
Aside from her impactful work in ministry and business, Prophetess Pleasant is also an international gospel recording artist. She has had the privilege of singing alongside renowned artists such as Grammy Award winner Karen Clark Sheard, Grammy-Nominated Shirley Murdock, Kierra "Kikki" Sheard, and many others. She has also toured internationally with The Golden Gospel Singers and The Gospel People.
Prophetess Pleasant's academic accomplishments include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Organizational Management and an Associate in Business Administration. Her dedication to community service is evident through her involvement as the former President of the City of Farrell Human Relations Commission, membership in the Christian Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania, advisory role in the Kingdom Congressional International Alliance, and positions as a Board member of the Mercer County NAACP and Board Treasurer for Zion Education Center, Inc. Additionally, she is a Core Member and Quadrant Leader of the Kingdom Unification Alliance. Prophetess Pleasant's achievements have been recognized through various awards, including the "Success in Leadership & Commitment in Business" Award from Celebration of Heroes, the "Philanthropic Award" from Walsh University, the "President's Public Service Award" from the Stark County Black Caucus, the "Outstanding Community Service Award" from the Stark County NAACP, and the "Community Service Award" from the Mercer County Women's Association.
